    packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides, etc.), show no signs of wear or use, and include a Return Authorization number or be subject to a restocking fee.
    Defective Product Received: In the unlikely event you receive a product that appears defective, please contact us. If, during the first 30 days after you receive the product, we determine that it is defective, we will arrange, at our expense, for a pick up of the product and a replacement of the product.

    Unopened Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt for credit less our initial shipping cost (even if the product was shipped under a free shipping promotion.)
