This is a boutique handmade item, made by me.  I have made hundreds of shopping cart covers.  This one fits ALL sizes of shopping carts from Costco to Safeway to Riteaid.
It has two ribbon loops on inside to connect toys or keys onto.  It is machine washable, cold water, hang to dry.  It comes with a matching carry case so you can roll it up and take it with you effortlessly.
I also do special orders.  If there is a fabric or team you like, message me and if I can locate the fabric, I can make it!
*Note, this cart cover does not have holes for seatbelt loops.
