This item is new in the original packaging.  The print is a white background with black dots as well as black and white feathers, many of which have a pretty blue shaft.  I do believe the print is called "cozy quill".  The lining of the cover is a super soft plush black fabric.  From the packaging:

The theater pocket has a protective clear pocket that you can put a cell phone in so your baby can see the images without fear of being dropped or sustaining water/wetness damage.  Filling and shell are made of 100% polyester with the printed portion of the shell being made of a 65% polyester/35% cotton blend.  From reviews, this version is easy to use and adapts to different sized carts and high chairs.
