Safety circuits such as over-voltage, over- temperature and short-circuit protection give safe and reliable operation.
Active Line Filter (A.L.F.) and P.F.C assure consistent color output, despite dimming, or main voltage fluctuations.

Normally, we send free new replacement component to replace the bad part as most effective way for both of us, sometimes we may need buyer's cooperation on testing and finding out exact problematic component first. If it has to be a returning for repair case, buyers will pay returning postage and customs fee, we will take care of repairing and reshipping postage.
For products expired warranty period, we still provide replacement parts & repair service at discounted maintenance price.
