1)This camera will work if it is installed in a threaded post in a vertical position (as in the license plate light) .
2)This camera will work if it is installed in a horizontal position (as in the tailgate handle)
but you need cut the white short wire of the cable off.
1) A hole must be drilling on the tailgate handle ( hole saw is included ).
2) This camera will output standard NTSC /PAL video via a composite RCA cable.
